↔↔↔↔↔ The Boxer Brigade ↔↔↔↔↔
I'm sure many of you heard about our recent project of making 200+ pairs of boxer shorts for our local high school's Sober Grad Night festivities.  It seems that the school was coming up a little short (pun intended) on their supply of boxers for the traditional Boxer Bingo activity at their Sober Grad Night celebration so I volunteered to make up the difference.  I probably should have asked how many pairs they needed before I volunteered, but as they say, "live and learn".  Anyway, with the help of some of my friends (34 wonderful women and men) we made 216 pairs of boxer shorts for the event.  Here is a picture showing just a portion of the crew that showed up here all week to help out.  And then here's another picture showing the boxers hung on clotheslines along the walls of the Sober Grad Night venue at the fairgrounds.  Thank you to everyone who took part in this.  It was actually a lot of fun and quite rewarding.  And the kids got a kick out of the wild colors and fabrics.
